Fort Erie Hills (FEH) project received Draft Plan Approval from the Township of Fort Erie council and planning department of on June 29, 2017.
FEH was sold between September 2014 and February 2015, so it only took 2 and half years to acquire the development approval.
Currently, Ontario is experiencing the strong real estate market and breaking various historical records.
Niagara region including Fort Erie is also very popular and demand for housing substantially exceeds supply.
FEH has received media attention for being one of the largest new residential developments in the area.
