More than 51 % voted of investors in favor of selling the property of LV3 project at the extraordinary general meeting of co-owners which was held in March 2016.
Our continuous efforts to attract and negotiate with enterprises finally paid off, and one Japanese enterprise made a final decision to locate their North American production facility on the LV3 property. The yield from the property is approximately 10% per annum (Tax and Fees excluded) over 3 years.
We have been promoting our London Valley Business Park Concept in an effort to attract enterprises into the London region, and as for this enterprise to move on this opportunity is a very important milestone for us on developing our other projects in the future.
